jiliasa retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations and applicable record-keeping requirements. Transaction records and KYC documentation may be retained for longer periods where required by law.

After the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.

The jiliasa Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. jiliasa does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered a jiliasa account, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jiliasa reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, jiliasa will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the jiliasa Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
